Die Vorgeschichte

Ich bin in Malta!!!! UNGLAUBLICH!
Vor allem nach dieser Vorgeschichte:

Am Freitag dem vor 2 Wochen habe ich meinen Bruder in Luzern besucht. Wie immer checke ich auch dort regelmäßig die mails (man könnte es schon fast als Sucht bezeichnen)... Danjela aus Malta hat mir ein Mail geschrieben, leider allerdings kein sehr erfreuliches.

I dont know if u have heard what happened in Malta. I have a combination of good and bad news for u. First, the EU has withdrawn all funding to Malta due to lack of evidence of where the funding is going, not just in Inspire but within the whole country. All projects and funding in Malta have been suspended. This means we can accept no EVS volunteers in 2010, even for the projects that have been approved. BUT, I was very worried about u because i know u resigned from your job and u are due to come very soon so the Finance manager has agreed to take u in as an employee for at least 4 months and we will pay u what the EU were going to pay u. Ich war über dieses email ziemlich schockiert, weil ich es eine Frechheit finde, dass es möglich ist, nachdem im März das Projekt genehmigt wurde, im Mai zu sagen, dass die Subventionen gestrichen werden.

Jedenfalls wurde durch diese Begebenheit die Woche vor meiner Abreise eine stressige Woche.

Aber genug zur Vorgeschichte!!!
Der nächste Eintrag kommt zur Geschichte!!! Denn jetzt bin ich in Malta!!! :-D
